OVERVIEW
If you love macro diving then Mentigi bay is the place to go. This dive site is located in north Lombok. Buoyancy maneuver is key to dive on this site, to see all the small sea creatures you never seen before, this spot are sandy and muddy on the bottom, it’s perfect home to all sorts of creatures like octopus, nudibranchs, devil scorpionfish and crabs that bury itself in the sand other small kinds also found here because seaweed amazingly grows very well here where one lucky chance of the spot is highlight for taking shoot of a tiny Seahorse. This dive site is very popular by underwater photographers, because no current, the creatures stay still and the variety of the animals is in large numbers. It is only take 3 minutes from the off shore and then very easy to take dive from the beach, other options to take look is muck dive along sandy slope, macros and take photography of those to remember.
